Half-Day Workshop – Developing Resilience

This workshop forms part of the Essential Management Skills programme but can also be delivered as a stand-alone module. This helps individuals cope more effectively with change, pressure, or setbacks and strengthen their emotional resilience. It aims to improve rational thinking, emotional regulation, emotional intelligence and listening skills.

Lynda offers organisations access to her holistic Emotion, Body and Belief Code sessions, supporting both emotional, mental and physical wellbeing. These sessions are particularly beneficial for stress management, burnout prevention, and restoring balance. Many people operate in a state of ongoing imbalance — physically, emotionally, or mentally — often without realising how easily it can be resolved. Sessions can be delivered online via Zoom making them accessible to teams in different locations.
